Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now have international shipping. Please be aware that you may have to pay additional customs or duty fees, depending on where you are ordering from. Please check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please check our Shipping policy for further information on delivery times for your location.
Please note: due to the current delays we are experiencing with our postal system, please allow up to 20 days before contacting us about your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order after you have placed your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So, please be sure of your size, colour, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
Your will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. However, if there is an issue with your order, please message us using the 'contact' form within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns. Please remember to include your order number to avoid delays.
